Exchange and Refund

We understand the importance of you as our customer feeling totally confident and satisfied with your purchase. We therefore acknowledge that you may realise when your goods have arrived that it does not meet your requirement, ie. colour or size being incorrect or you might have just changed your mind. We want to make the Baby Bees of Sweden visit as easy and satisfactorily as possible so we are happy to offer full refunds for any reason. In order to be entitled to full refund you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the good and the garments must be unworn, unused and with all labels intact.
 
 
Damaged/Faulty Goods
 
We do our outmost to make sure all goods are in top condition and packed well before despatched. If however there is anything faulty or damaged with the garments, please contact us and we will give you full refund or replace the garment with a new one.
 
Before anything will be refunded/resent, we need the faulty garment to assess what is wrong. Baby Bees of Sweden will not include additional delivery charges in the refund.
